I'm Phylisiah Mnene, an expert in Human Resources, Design Thinking, Change Management, and Organizational Development with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders and organizations across Africa to thrive.

As the Founder & CEO of IRIS Executive Advisory Services (Africa) and Co-founder of Vichuna Investments Kenya, I offer strategic guidance in HR, leadership development, organizational change, design thinking, and talent management.

I mentor emerging leaders through initiatives such as Women In Africa (WIA), BoardRoom Africa, and Manjano Foundation.
