Co-founder, Vichuna Investments and have served on several boards and HR committees for both profit and non-profit organizations.  

I volunteer as a mentor for Women In Africa (WIA); BoardRoom Africa and Manjano Foundation respectively.

I serve as an Associate Trainer on "needs" basis with the Institute of Directors Tanzania and Tanzania Institute of Bankers.
